The couple are overjoyed about the newest member of their family. "Both mother and baby are healthy and doing wonderfully," the actor's rep told the mag.
Baby Mabel Ray, who weighed 9 lbs., 1 oz., is the first child for the couple.
The actor's wife, Emma Heming, 35, gave birth to Mabel Ray Willis this weekend in Los Angeles,as reported.
They have been married for three years and this is their first child.
The 57-year-old actor has three daughters -- Rumer, 23; Scout, 20; and Tallulah, 17 and with ex-wife Demi Moore.
